Live wedding painting: the booking process

Booking a live wedding painting in 3 simple steps.

I have a simple 3 step live wedding painting booking process, so that you can cross this item off of your wedding planning to do list!

Step 1: Get a custom quote.

You can use my contact form to send me the date and location of the wedding. I will respond with my availability and a custom quote to paint at the wedding. I recommend letting me know if you want to book as soon as possible before someone else requests the same date.

Step 2: Fill out a quick digital questionnaire.

Once you inform me that you want to start the booking process, I will send you a link to fill out a short questionnaire. I create our painting agreement from your responses and learn more about the wedding and your vision for the painting. This questionnaire captures the broad details and if you haven’t made your mind up yet of the scene you want painted, size of the painting or even the time of the wedding, it’s okay! The important thing is to secure the date.

Step 3: Read the agreement and send your deposit.

Within a few days of receiving your responses I will send you a painting agreement with instructions to pay the 25% deposit to finalize the booking. I will hold the date for one week for you to send your deposit. I send payment instructions along with the painting agreement according to your preferred method of payment selected in my questionnaire.

After wrapping up the booking you can reach out to me anytime if you think of any details or questions about the wedding painting. I will get back in touch with you about 4-6 weeks before the wedding to go over the fine details, collect the final payment and just get excited in general that I’ll get to be at your wedding soon!
